Once you fill this out I will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to set up our phone call.

Policies

  • If cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, I will have to deduct that session from your package.

  • You MUST confirm your session at least 24 hours before.

    • I use Square, which sends you a reminder (via text and email) 5 days before the session, as well as the day before. If your session hasn’t been confirmed in some way, it will be considered void.

  • I do not offer refunds for packages or any completed sessions.
